An Act relative to selling alcohol on Sunday.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Resolved, that, notwithstanding any general law, or special law to the contrary, establishments within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall have the right to sell alcohol on Sunday’s during weekly business hours.
