An Act to establish a division of indoor environments within the Department of Public Health.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after Section 224 the following section:- 

              Section 225.     (a) Notwithstanding any general law, special law or regulation to the contrary, there shall be within the Department of Public Health a Division of Indoor Environments within the Center for Environmental Health. The Commissioner of the Department of Public Health shall appoint the Director of the Division of Indoor Environments. 

              (b) The Division of Indoor Environments shall administer and enforce any existing laws and regulations relating to indoor air quality.
