The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to liquor licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 14 of Chapter 138, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the last sentence the following new paragraph:-
Any licensee under this Section may purchase beer, wine or alcoholic beverages for resale from a retailer licensed under Section 15 of this Chapter.
