An Act regarding the public trust restoration act of 2011 .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 91 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended as follows:- Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the authority to review and grant applications for Chapter 91 tidelands licenses granted to the Department of Environmental Protection is exclusive and may not be delegated or assumed by any other agency without express legislative approval. |
