The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the substitution of generic drugs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 12D of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the seventh paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-
No hospital and no retail pharmacy, however organized, shall be exempted from the provisions of this section.
