AN ACT RELATIVE TO MODIFICATION OF TENANTS’ LATE FEES.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Subsection (c) of Section 15B of chapter 186 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 26, the word “thirty” and inserting in place thereof the following word: - “ten”.
