The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act concerning the State Secretary.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 10 (A) of Chapter 9 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the language:— The provisions of chapter one hundred and ten A shall be available to all the divisions within the department of the state secretary. |
