An Act to establish a Medal of Recognition to Korean War Veterans .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The definition of “Korean veteran” in section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the figure “2003” the following words:- and any veteran who has performed such wartime service shall be awarded a Medal of Recognition, in recognition of the Sixtieth anniversary of the Korean Emergency. |
