An Act relative to the transfer of funds for recovery high schools.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 91 of Chapter 71 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following new section:- (e) Failure by a school district to transfer funds to a Recovery High School as required in subsection (b) shall result in a deduction of the amount therein from the home school district’s Chapter 70 funding for the following year. |
