The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to procedures of the housing appeals committee.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 22 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “applicant” in line 19, the following:-
“; provided, that a majority of the members of the committee be present for hearing evidence in order to vote on cases before the committee; and provided further, that all committee deliberations relative to cases before the committee be open to the public.”
