An Act Relative to Containing Health Care Costs in the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 62 the following section: - Section 63. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, MassHealth shall transfer all eligible members of the primary care clinician/mental health and substance abuse plan into a health maintenance organization under contract before the end of FY2012 pursuant to applicable federal law and regulations. |
