An Act relative to farmers-distillers holding wholesaler manufacturing licenses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 19E of Chapter 138 is hereby amended by adding a new section “O” to provide as follows: “(o) A farmer-distiller who sells products at retail as provided for in this statute shall not by virtue of such retail sales be prohibited from also holding a manufacturers or wholesalers license. |
