An Act relative to site plan review.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Section 17 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the phrase “site plan review or” before each and every instance of the words “special permit”
