The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to low and moderate income housing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The second paragraph of section 20 of Chapter 40B of the General laws, as appearing in the 2000 official edition is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following:
Low and moderate income housing shall also include mobile homes and group homes, manufactured homes, in-law apartments and religous retirement homes
