An Act relative to implementing health care cost containment in the Commonwealth.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the executive office of health and human services shall renegotiate the commonwealth's 1115 waiver to permit passive opt-out enrollment for the senior care options.
