An act relative to the Mandating Elementary School Counselors .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 38 of Chapter 71 appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph the following paragraph: - In all public elementary schools there shall be employed a certified school guidance counselor as provided in 603 CMR 711 - Regulations for Educator Licensure and Preparation Program Approval. |
