An Act relative to residency.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Notwithstanding any general, special, or regulation to the contrary that: MGL Chapter 31 Section 58 be amended as follows, in line 33 after the word within by deleting the words ten miles and adding the words fifty miles.
