An Act relative to civil motor vehicle infractions.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  The first paragraph of paragraph (4) of subsection (A) of section 3 of chapter 90C of the General Laws, as amended by section 73 of chapter 27 of the acts of 2009, is hereby further amended by striking out the second sentence.
