An Act to implement the recommendations of the Forest Conservation Financing Commission

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Chapter 132 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the following new section: The Commissioner shall implement the recommendations of the Forest Conservation Financing Commission established by Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2008. |
