An Act relative to the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority .
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Subsection (I) of Section seven (c) of chapter three hundred and seventy-two of the acts of nineteen hundred and eighty-four is hereby repealed.
