The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to motor vehicle insurance charges.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 113 B of Chapter 175 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 official edition, is hereby amended by placing thereof the following.-
There shall be no surcharge incurred by an insured motorist if they have had only one incident subject to a surcharge, defined herein, within any four year period.
