An Act to allow local wetlands bylaw decisions to be appealed to land court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Chapter 249 of the General Laws as appearing in the most recent edition is hereby amended by striking out the word “or” that precedes the phrase “subdivision ordinances, by-laws or regulations” and by inserting the phrase “, or the wetlands protection act or municipal wetlands ordinances, by-laws or regulations” after the word “regulations” in the first sentence. |
