An Act relative to the investment of PRIT funds in local banks.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 32 section 23 of the MA General Laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in paragraph (h) in line 361 by adding the following after the word "section;": provided, however, that not less than $250 million shall be invested in local banks that are incorporated in or have their headquarters located in the Commonwealth. |
