An Act to allow local municipalities to collect property taxes on telecommunications equipment.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Local municipalities shall be allowed to collect property taxes on telecommunications equipment located in the municipality.
