An Act relative to the collection procedures for arrearages.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 6 of Chapter 119A of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end of paragraph (b)(2) the following:

              “, and a capias shall be issued.”
