An Act relative to rental late fees.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 15B of chapter 186 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking subsection (c) of paragraph 1 and inserting in place thereof the following:- “(c) No lease or other rental agreement shall impose any interest or penalty for failure to pay rent until fifteen days after such rent shall have been due.”
