An Act relative to one day appointments.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding and general or special law to the contrary, Department of Corrections employees shall only be eligible for 1 one-day appointment every 10 years.
