The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to medical exposures of concern.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding and general or special law to the contrary, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall cover all 100% of the wages, current benefits, and co-pays and deductibles for workers who miss work due to a medical exposure of concern. |
