The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to community colleges.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (h) of section 1 of chapter 7 03 of the acts of 1963, as amended by section 11 of chapter 72 of the acts of 2007, is hereby further amended by striking out the words "any of the following public institutions of higher education: Bridgewater State College, Fitchburg State College, Framingham State College, the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Salem State College, Westfield State College, Worcester State College" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- any public institution of higher education listed in section 5 of chapter 15A of the General Laws, except the University of Massachusetts and its campuses.
