The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to financial savings for the Commonwealth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Notwithstanding any other law or regulation to the contrary, the Executive Office of Administration & Finance, in conjunction with the Information Technology Division, shall take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that all printing procurement contracts of the Commonwealth, or any subdivision thereof, shall be completed by the Commonwealth or appropriate subdivision, regardless of financial thresholds or restrictions. |
