An Act relative to affordable housing.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Chapter 44B is hereby amended by inserting after section 16 the following section:-

              Section 16A.  For those communities using Community Preservation Fund monies and whose low and moderate housing stock exceeds 10% of its total year-round housing units, all Community Preservation Fund developments shall be required to have 50% of the development be owner-occupied or 50% of the development priced at market rate.
