An Act to control municipal health care costs and to provide access to more choices for municipal employees. .
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                          SECTION 1.  Section 19 of Chapter 32b is hereby amended by striking "70" in the seventh sentence of paragraph 5, and replacing it with "50". 

                          SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect on July 1, 2011.
