The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to cigar bars.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (m) of section 22 of chapter 270 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- (6) A local board of health or other municipal health department may make reasonable restrictions and requirements for the licensed operation of a smoking bar but it shall not unreasonably restrict or prohibit the operation of a smoking bar if the smoking bar complies with this chapter. |
