An Act to exempt income from foreign sources from the Massachusetts tax code .
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

                              SECTION 1. Section 2(a)1(C) of chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
