An Act relative to leave with pay for incapacitated employees. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: SECTION 1: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 1 by inserting after “whenever a” the following words:- “corrections officer,” SECTION 2: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 1 by inserting after “town,” the following words:- “the commonwealth”. SECTION 3: Section 111F of chapter 41 of the general laws as appearing in the 2008 official edition is hereby amended in line 3 by inserting after “or” the following words:- “ a corrections officer,”.
