The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to encourage preventive care.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 118H of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:- Section 7. The program shall not impose cost sharing requirements for preventive care, screenings or services pursuant to section 2713 of the Public Health Services Act. |
