An Act relative to unused district school buildings.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Subsection (b) of Section 15 of Chapter 70B, as most recently amended by Chapter 12 of the acts of

              2010, section 4 is hereby amended in the third sentence of the second paragraph, by striking the word

              ‘may’ and inserting in place thereof the word: - “shall”
