The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to athletic student activity fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 47 of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by deleting, after the word “committee” in lines 35 and 36, the following:- “without further appropriation”.
SECTION 2. Said section 47 of said chapter 71, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by adding, after the word “committee” in line 35, the following:- “only for the purposes for which any fee was collected, and no other”.
