An Act for Equity for School Principals.


 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1:  Section 41 of chapter 71 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 16 and 17, the words “ have the opportunity to”.

SECTION 2:  Said section 41 of said chapter 71 is further amended by striking out, in line 32, the word “good” and inserting in place thereof the following word: “just”.
