An Act relative to limitation of attorney's fees.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Chapter 231 § 60I, is amended by adding the following language in the first sentence:

                            60I.Limitation on Attorney Fees.

                              Attorney fees for services rendered on behalf of a claimant or defendant in a medical negligence or any other personal injury case shall be fair and reasonable.
