An Act relative to registration plates.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1 Section 6B of Chapter 90 of the general laws is hereby repealed and the following is added in the place thereof: Section 6B Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the registrar is directed to provide for a single plate for all motor vehicles. Such plate shall be displayed at the rear of the vehicle for which it is issued. |
