An Act relative to boating safety.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Chapter 90B of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding in Section 8(a)(2)(a) after the words “influence of intoxicating liquor” the following words:--

              “or in the event of any accident that causes bodily harm to a passenger, loss of a passenger, or death of a passenger”
