An Act returning the payment of bonuses to soldiers during the Persian Gulf War to the Treasurer's office.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              That the funding of the Persian Gulf War Veteran Bonuses be returned to the Treausrer's office from the Department of Veterans Services.
