The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to fire permits issued by municipalities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1 Section 13 of chapter 48 of the general law is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence: Any permit granted under this section may be granted for a period not to exceed 5 years, such period to be determined by each municipality. |
