Walsh for legislation to repeal the transfer of health insurance coverage of certain employees of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority to the jurisdiction of the Group Insurance Commission.  Public Service.

An Act relative to certain employees of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 140 of chapter 25 of the acts of 2009 is hereby amended by striking out the third paragraph.
