An Act to ensure the continued vitality of Moore State Park in the town of Paxton.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. The Department of Conservation and Recreation shall maintain a staffing presence at Moore State Park, located in the Town of Paxton.

              SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
