The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to greyhound simulacasting.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 203 of the Acts of 2010 is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:- Section 16. Notwithstanding the provisions of this act or any general or special law to the contrary, no racing meeting where simulcast betting or wagering on the speed or ability of dogs occurs shall be conducted or permitted in this commonwealth after be January 1, 2013. |
