The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to promote business growth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 68C of chapter 63 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-- (10) a business corporation, as defined in section 30, shall be exempt within the first five years after its organization and establishment of a physical presence within the Commonwealth. |
