An Act RELATIVE TO THE DETERMINATION OF BENEFICIARIES.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Paragraph (c) of sub-section (2) of section 11 of c.32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2004 edition is hereby amended by striking “three hundred dollars” and replacing it with “two thousand dollars”.
