An Act Amending CH32 sec 16.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

              “Sub-section (3) of section 16 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws as most recently appearing in the 2006 edition is hereby amended by deleting in lines 52 and 53 the following:  “or to his removal or discharge as set forth in subdivision (2)”.
